Dilemma: Restaurant or Sauna first?

Hello again!

While talking with Claes he thought that we would arrive too late to the restaurant in the first version of the programme.
We would have two other options.

1) Go to the restaurant after 19:15 and then come back for sauna. The problem here is that time is wasted by travelling from the conference venue to the restaurant and back.

2) Move "Future co-operation" to be discussed at breakfast on Sunday morning. Go to sauna 18:30->20:30 and then go to the restaurant. This would require some small snack during the sauna.

What do you think?

  1. Logistically it sounds better to sauna first at the conference venue, then get into town where the restaurant is (I think?) and our hotel.

And future co-operation sounds like a suitable issue to attack with a fresh mind on Sunday morning.

  2. I am of the same opinion as Claes. The only problem is that we will have to find a place where it is possible to continue the work on Sunday morning. Soihtu (Protu cafe) might be a possible place, if that would be ok for the personnel. Have you contacted them, Alex?

I think that it would be good, if we could leave for the restaurant even earlier than 20.30. (At least if the Swedes want to go to hotel first, it might be near 22 before getting to a restaurant, and it may be even difficult to find a reastaurant that serves dinner that late.) So is there a possibility that we could finish our work earlier on Saturday? Or would 1,5 hours be enough for sauna?
